Sync exchange contacts to iphone

Hi everyone!

Question for those managing Microsoft 365 environments for multiple users or clients.

There are a few things I still often see handled through custom scripts or manual processes, and I’m curious how others are dealing with them.

For example, how do you manage company contact synchronization in Outlook? If a contact is updated in CRM, Dataverse, or Business Central, how do you make sure the same information is automatically updated across users’ Outlook address books?

Same question for Teams Phone: how do you track outbound calls, link them to customers or projects, and manage missed calls from call queues?

Have you solved these issues with specific tools, Power Automate/custom scripts, or are some parts still handled manually?

Interested to hear how MSPs, sysadmins, and Microsoft 365 consultants are approaching this.
