Stream Video showing incorrect Video length

I've uploaded a 222mb video onto Stream. The video is 29:11 long and shows this length on the main page, but once selected to watch it drops down to 15:33. The images do not sync with the audio.

 The video is an mp4 and have been saved from a PPT with audio.

 The video plays fine but once uploaded to Stream I'm seeing these issues.
