Spam filter too stong?
We have a WordPress website and we use several different Gravity Forms. It seems like a lot of the form are getting caught in our Office 365 Quarantine. Is there a setting in Security to allow the Gravity Forms? Or any other workaround? Thank you!
If you are sending directly from WP and using the same domain, make sure to adjust your SPF record. Better yet, use a separate domain/subdomain for such messages, or one of the specialized 3rd party services.
- Dave HawkeyCopper ContributorThere are various plugins available (WP Mail SMTP) that allows you to enter your O365 details to ensure emails are sent from a valid account. Any form/email sent from a website will be picked up by spam filters where the sender isn;t verified.
