Solver options: a strange error

Office 365, Excel: when I try to modify any option of the Solver (for example the constraint's approximation, or the integer optimization) I get the error "The approximation must a small positive number". In the top cell you see something like

"""0,001"""

that does not have any sense. Note that I use the decimal point, not the decimal comma.
