Skype presence greyed out after tenant migration
I just completed an Office 365 tenant to tenant migration, now the skype presence is greyed out for all users who have been migrated. How do I go about troubleshooting this? Thank you.
Is it a new tenant. Have you checked your teams upgrade mode. It’s probably set teams only which won’t show Skype presence to skype if they aren’t using teams. But honestly if that was the case Skype should be locked out.
When did you transition. What is the upgrade mode and what clients are the users using and also seeing this grey presence? Teams, Outlook or Skype clients.

It was migrated into an existing tenant that has been running for a while who is also using skype.
The client they are using is Skype.
I'm sure what you mean by "upgrade mode"?
