Skype for Business Integration with Workday

It seems that once I upgraded to Office 365 my Skype for Business app lost functionality to integrate with Workday. This is essential to have because the org charts are in there. Does anyone know how to get it back, or have a workaround I can try? This is making my life miserable (the drama, I know). Thanks!
