Thanks Mike. There is obviously some kind of integration there as I can use IM the old way by hovering over the contact in Outlook on the web. Seems a shame it isn't a consistent experience if you're in a hybrid scenario with some users on-prem and some Online.

I know the feeling - we are having the same behavior here in our tenant. The onprem Skype client is then the only option left, unfortunately...
