Sinhala letter ර් switches the position when used with another letter

I am a user of Microsoft 365

When I try to use Word or Publishes and paste a word with the letter ර්, it exchanges the position with the letter following.

Example the word ආචාර්ය gets pasted in Word/Publisher as ආචායර් 

Much appreciate if someone could give me a solution for this issue
