Single tenant multiple domain sharing calendar

As those are within the same organization, users can see each others availability by default or change it as needed. You can change the default levels to prevent them from seeing free/busy unless explicitly shared, but there is no way to scope this on a per-domain basis. Best you can do is create some groups per domain then add permission entries on each calendar within the corresponding domain, however this will still not prevent users from sharing manually.
