Signatures with multiple images

Hi 

I am trying to develop a new email signature which has width  see attached PDF. I created it in Word and pasted into Outlook fine. When i try to paste it into a new signature all the images disappear. Can anyone help please?

    AMrobinson to avoid any email signature issues that can happen, I recommend you to use professional email signature generators that have integrations with the email client. There are dozens of nuances you don't know and have to deal with (like multiple images), but if you use professional tools, you can avoid this job. For example, Newoldstamp has excellent integration and automation with Microsoft 365.

    Hey,

    I would try to save the word file as HTML>confirm if the HTML signature is fine>copy the HTML file into C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures > confirm if the signature is fine in Outlook.
