Sharing Tasks folder from Outlook 2019 to Outlook Web app (365 Business Basic)

I have tried to share my Tasks folder from one Microsoft 365 Bus Basic user to another Microsoft 365 Bus Basic user but it seems there was no way to do so.  So now trying to share the Tasks folder from Outlook 2019 to a Microsoft 365 Bus Basic user, using the Share feature, of course its not that easy!  Why doesn't Microsoft make things Easy-To-Use?  I am a software developer, I have to.

When the email arrives to the target user there is only a link for how to open a shared folder.  There is a paper clip indicating there is an attachment, but there is no viewable attachment.

How does this actually work?
