Sharing Office 365 Room's availability to external user
Dear all friends, and experts.,
My customer they want to share a meeting room to their partner.
What I did as below:
1.I created a meeting room and named test room 01
2. PS] C:\>Get-Mailbox "test room 01" | Set-CalendarProcessing -ProcessExternalMeetingMessages $true
3. How to test ?, as my understand : I need book this room from a user from outside, but, how to to that, please help me, and give some advises on my case.

- This parameter set to true only applies to whether process the requests from users outside the exchange org , not sharing itself:

you can create a new O365 tenant for testing purposes.
But you can test it aloso with any other external email address like, Gmail, Yahoo, etc...
