SharePoint Videos Collections Page

Running into an issue wherein the thumbnails created and customized for each video does not show up on the Videos Collection Page. The thumbnails were created in Stream and show up there but does not show up where I want it to, i.e., video collections page. Is there a workaround to this. Help, please.
