Sharepoint: External Sharing Difficulties
Hi, Our company has Office365 for zimmo.be, our HQ also has Office365 mediahuis.be Those are separate accounts. When person x@zimmo.be wants to invite y@mediahuis.be, we get this error (see attach...
- that looks correct - so if you are still seeing an error when trying to share with a user from max-immo.pro or mediahuis.be domains, I would suggest raising a support ticket.
In that case, make sure you have at least 1 site collection ticked - if the sharing button is still greyed out, it is worth double checking the tenant level sharing settings.

Ok, so I checked them all, then I checked the option:
"Allow both external users who accept sharing invitations and guest links"
but still...not working
- at the tenant level (or at the site collection level) have you restricted sharing to specific domains? (e.g. have you configured a whitelist or blacklist of domains)
In sharepoint -> "sharing" I've put 2 domains :
max-immo.pro mediahuis.be
Those domains are on "allowed" (screenshot)- that looks correct - so if you are still seeing an error when trying to share with a user from max-immo.pro or mediahuis.be domains, I would suggest raising a support ticket.
