Shared Mailbox's inbox does not update itself

One of my user had access to one of the Shared mailbox and she found out that shared mailbox not auto update email in inbox. She have to manually click on send/receive then it will updated. Her mail...

I had tested on Office 365 Pro Plus. It is true that it working smooth for my user have shared mailbox with more 500folders. New Email received immediately without press send/received.

If we have office 2013/2016/2019 standard and pro, which one is best way for solving this issue?
