Shared mailbox with shared calendar

Hello, 

I have Shared Mailbox with calendar included. How I can share this calendar for all organization with Full Details permission? User who has access to shared mailbox is able to share only own calendar. Am I able to do it as administrator? 

I tried Set-MailboxCalendarFolder command in Powershell but It dosn't find this calendar
