Share button flicking on/off

I have a weird little fault that I am struggling to fix and wonder if anyone else has had the problem. Within one particular library the share button has started to flick on and off really quickly - so quick you can't do anything with it. It is only happening to some users not all, we are using Chrome. I sense it may be a permission issue but can't really pin it down. Has anyone else had the same problem and know how to fix it?

    Hi Caroline,

    Even though you are using Chrome, have you tried using IE, edge or Firefox to see if the same issue happens?

    Also, have the users that are affected tried logging in to a different machine (maybe one that a user that isn't affected is using?) to see if it still happens?

    What about clearing the browser cache in case there is something in there causing the issue?
