Sending from shared mailbox from secondary domain is not working
We have 2 domains in Office365 registerd (for example A and B)
User A in domain A if full user with mailbox and licence Business Premium
User B in domain B is shared mailbox
User A has full control and send as and send on behalve on mailbox B
When we connect to outlook with user A and send a mail from the sharedbox B we recieve the error Not allowed.
The second option is disable auto assign to outlook.
Create new profile with user A
Add manual via advanced settings mailbox B
Send mail from mailbox B and same error, Not allowed.
Any sugestion to solve this problem??
When we create a mailbox in domain A and shared mailbox in domain A not problem.

please explain if the shared mailbox has both email address removed for privacy reasons (default) and email address removed for privacy reasons (alias) addresses?
