You can now just tick "Turn on sending from aliases" in the Exchange admin center. In Settings, Mail flow Settings.

Deenovich2133 so once you've done that, how do you turn on sending from an alias and does it remember to reply from the same alias when someone replies to that address? Also, does it match signatures?

Hi ab1234260,
no it doesn't remember to reply from the same alias and it doesn't match signatures.
To do that you have to use SmartReply 365 add-in.
