I thought any mailbox can send externally only using SMTP protocol. Are you disagree?

Hello Victor_Ivanidze ,
Yes, any mailbox can send, and the servers will use SMTP, but what you will not be able to do with a shared mailbox is to use it to send from another system like a printer, your NMS, etc.
For that you will need to use a user (paid!) mailbox.
My understanding is that was the intent of the OP.
