Send items wrong folder on outlook 365 and macos

as adam deltinger suggested.. seems that the user is sending mails using a shared mailbox... and the mail is showing in sent items of the user mailbox...
In case if it is not a shared mailbox.. did you check in OWA if the same issue is there or not..?
