Seeking Urgent Escalation – Microsoft 365 Case #2508130040008018

I’ve spent days trying to resolve a critical issue with my Office 365 account. Despite multiple attempts via chat, phone, and the support portal, I’ve been unable to reach a human agent or escalate my case.
Case Number: #2508130040008018
I’m requesting immediate escalation to a Tier 2 support agent or case manager. The lack of response and reliance on automated systems has created unnecessary delays and frustration.
If anyone from Microsoft Support or the community can assist—or knows how to bypass the automation wall—I’d appreciate your help.
