Secure Office 365 portal authentication
Hello ,
i was working for new project to migrate yammer to office 365 with many consultants and those have our credentials to login to our o365 tenant(Global Administrator) .My question , is there any methos to secure office 365 tenant authentication from outside ?to change the password everytime its not a manageable process for me .

Use Azure MFA or enable federation and configure any other two-factor authentication that you consider "secure enough". Or use services such as Azure AD PIM to elevate permissions when needed.
In any case, sharing credentials is a very bad practice, especially when those are privileged accounts. Create separate users just for the purpose of migration or whatever task you are trying to solve.
