Searching for the MS ADV Contract

currently I'm searching for an adv contract for the new EU-DSVGO.
Is there any document directly from microsoft to download?

A bit more context would be helpful, EU-DSVGO more commonly known as GDPR I get but what actually are you looking for? If it is GDPR related do check out the Service Trust Portal, which has lots of resources, not only Compliance Manager but plenty of Data Protection Resources amongst other things.
