Search in Tasks, Outlook 2016

For some reason, Search doesn't work with Tasks in Outlook 2016. At the same time, search within the messages folder is working ok. I've already rebuild index several times, tried to Repair Office bo...

Hi,

How did you index Outlook?

The Most convenient way I had found is to Index OST files manually.

C Drive->Right Click->Make Sure , Option "Allow files on this drive to have contents Indexed in addition to the file properties" is checked.

Go to control Panel ->Indexing Option->Modify-> Check C Drive->Users->UserProfile->AppData->Local->Microsoft->Outlook->Make Sure Outlook folder is selected. for Ex folder Name "16" stands for Outlook 2016 and click on OK.

Back to control panel, Indexing Option -> Advance Option -> Ensure OST and PST is Selected.

Now Start indexing and let me know if this works.
