Request for ex-employee's mailbox
Hi, For ex-employee, we want to keep their mailboxes, but the sender receives bounce back message like that this recipient no longer exists. I tried a few things, but none of them works. ...
Put an Out of Office response on the mailbox before converting it to a shared mailbox is how we approach it. An auto response tool with loop protection would be ideal but with 365 we can't do that anymore, or at least not last time I checked, so we just stuck with the standard Out of Office message.
