we are using office 365 how to pull the report for number of users using one drive. the size of their one drive and when did they access last time

is it not possible to pull custom report
like user.name last activity data, drive size(in GB), drive usage(in GB)
- Take a look @ those report and you will get the answer to all your questions.
i can see username, user last activity, storage used, but i want to see how much one drive capacity allocated to him. when i export the report storage used shows in kbs , at least if i can pull in gbs, it will be helpful
For the assigned quota, you will have to run a PowerShell script against SPO, either to get the default quota or check each ODFB site individually. That, or use some of the third-party reporting tools that come with more customizable reports (but might cost you some $$$).
