Reply-to-all on shared inbox also sends email to itself

When I'm using reply-to-all in an email that was sent to our shared mailbox (which is shared between 6 other coworkers, namely our info mailbox), it also sends the email right back at the same inbox (our info mailbox) ... This behavior is undesirable.

Is there a way to prevent this Outlook adding the email address of the shared mailbox upon hitting the reply-to-all button or is this just another Outlook thing we'll have to learn to live with?
