regarding e-discover
created a case in e-discovery for testing. selected a group. next created a hold, with default settings. The search shows the correct no. of mail boxes. But now when i want to cancel hold and close case. I want to know, whether the mailboxes will be deleted by closing case.
No they will not be deleted.
VasilMichev Hi, thanks for your reply. You see, I am the admin of office365. I was trying to take backup of all mail boxes in my organisation. I came to know that there is a way to take back up using e-discover feature. I was just trying it out. Thanks for the confirmation.
