Reference Microsoft Flow triggers and actions

Hi all, 

I had to make this this morning so I thought I would share.  I couldn't find a definitive reference for all of the controls that there available in Microsoft Flow, so I took a bunch of screenshots, for the app connections that I regularly use. 

These are Planner, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, Forms, Office 365 Users, Excel Online (OneDrive) and OneDrive. 

If anyone has a better reference do let me know, but otherwise these attachments are free to use.
