Recall Email for Outlook in MAC and Browser

Hi, need to enable email recall on my outlook in mac or office 365 in browser. I've found articles which state that there is no email recall features for Mac users, but why can't I find the said features in my office 365 via browser?. Is there a subscription that offers the email recall features?.
