Read-only calendar for room (resource)
I have a group of teachers who 'owns' a classroom. This is a resource in Office 365. The group want to share this roomcalendar as 'read-only'. How is this possible?
By default everyone in the organization should be able to see the Calendar in their Outlook, they only need to add it. You might want to adjust the permissions (from AvailabilityOnly to LimitedDetails). Or you can Publish the calendar so they can access it from a browser?
