Hi afabozzi-20 and JWinSC,
could you please confirm that sending as alias doesn't work in both cases:
1) when you are using OWA
2) when you are using Outlook for Windows

Outlook does not work for me (even after the powershell command)
OWA worked (tested it after posting here).
