Hi afabozzi-20 and JWinSC,
could you please confirm that sending as alias doesn't work in both cases:
1) when you are using OWA
2) when you are using Outlook for Windows

It does seem to work for me in outlook and owa but for another user I tried it on they get a bounce back message which is odd because I would think the setting is organizational. It has been a couple months so maybe I should try it again to see if it somehow works now.
