Sending email as alias in office365?
Hi @afavozzi-20, SmartReply 365 (https://ivasoft.com/smartreply365.shtml) cooperates with native Microsoft feature (https://www.derekseaman.com/2021/04/microsoft-365-can-now-send-email-as-proxy-address.html). It doesn't require to route through a 3rd party.
UPDATE (Aug-26-2021)
Current version 1.0.4 allows you to assign different e-mail signatures to different aliases.
Victor_IvanidzeSorry but paying is a deal breaker as well however I understand why there needs to be a cost. The free alternative works so we are using that for now.

Instructions for sending from a proxy address:

I have not created instructions yet on the incoming messages however you just need to create a rule to categorize the incoming messages or move it to a folder when header contains your proxy address.
example:
Doing this method also lets you assign a default signature to each proxy address account added in Outlook.

1) will your method work if you receive a message BCCed to your alias?
2) how you method solve the problem of receiving a message addressed to an alias and hitting Reply (standard Outlook will place the default address to the From: field)?
