Maybe some timeout, or could be updates that are missing in the Outlook that could case that.

I have another question.

I have Exchange 2013 on-premise and Office 365 online, If I move one mailbox from 2013 to O365 and maintain other mailbox in exchange 2013, can I maintain the mail flow from 2013 to O365?

I make that scenario but when trying send email to that moved mailbox about 1hr after received an error message mail loop.

Hi Edwin,

Yes its possible. Please validade your connectors an you can re-run hybrid configuration wizard.

    Did the test is complete without any error ? If yes the mailflow should work now.

  Right now am working in O365 portal creating the connectors, but when validate the connection receive an error when validate a email sent.
  I create a connector from O365 to my on-premise.

    If you have the error on validate email sent, something could be missing, ex (firewall), only after the test from Office 365 to On-premises go ok the mailflow should be working.
