Hi All,
I'm having the same problem! Our office 365 emails are frequently going to clients spam folders. Even clients that we have an ongoing thread with. Its mostly Yahoo emails, but also a couple Gmail.
This is causing big problem as we don't know if clients receive our emails or not.
Any update?
Thanks
Matt

I believe it's in the hands of Yahoo at this point; though this is the first I'm hearing it happening with Gmail. I haven't experienced the issue with anyone that has a Gmail account (or ANY account other than a Yahoo-owned one). I THINK someone on this thread communicated with Microsoft and, if I remember correctly, they said it's not on their end. Alas, we're at the mercy of Yahoo. There are a few fixes suggested throughout this thread, but they are hit or miss and, IMO, an unrealistic solution for us to go back to our clients with. I wish Microsoft would get involved, even to just ensure us they are working with Yahoo to remedy the situation.
