Body Text on meeting room
Hi, is there a way to add body text to meeting room. i know how to add meeting room information through O365 admin center even the mailtip, capacity ...etc. i would like to add a couple of lines...
Thank you tony for the link. it is great to know thats possible in this way. the only difference from what i want is that i want the body text populated when you choose the room from the list and before sending the invitation.
the link is describing how to show text when you already accepted the meeting and it is available in the calendar.
i can see the mail tip text is showing when i choose a room but i havent found a way to populate the body yet.
