The "empty white" dialog was a known issue, which should be resolved in newer builds, so make sure to update your version. In addition, there are some similar issues with WAM on W10/Server 2016++ as detailed here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-my/help/4025962/cant-sign-in-after-update-to-office-2016-build-16-0-7967-on-windows-10
