Quota message service
I have Exchange 2013 servers on prem, hybrid config. All accounts have been migrated to O365 except for the quotamessageservice account. Two questions:
1) Is this account even needed anymore
2) If so can it be migrated

I think this is a very old component (Exchange 2007 - https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb508861(v=exchg.65).aspx). I haven't heard of it being used in years. I think it is safe to let go because you won't be customizing quota messages inside Exchange Online.
