Quick Lauch Toolbar - Can reduce size or spacing to fit more?

Is there a way to fit more Quick Launch icons on my Toolbar?

I use the Quick Lauch Toolbar with many icons.  (Many border, allignments, trace precedents and dependents, etc.)  Since upgrading to MS Office 2019 I can now only fit 33 of them across (plus the Font selector).  Each one seems to be wider than necessary.  Is there a way to reduce the size or spacing of them to fit more?
