Question Regarding Microsoft Flow via Outlook and Approvals/Rejections

My question is regarding the attached screenshot.

When one approver approves the flow, the other approver can't see that the flow has been approved because his email from microsoft flow doesn't change dynamically. IS there any way once a flow is approved all users who are authorized to give approvals/rejections can dynamically see whether a flow has been approved or rejected in real time in microsoft outlook?

Thank you in advance for the help and suggestions.

I'm not aware of a way, but what I have done in the past as a workaround is to have an action in the flow that sends an email to the approvers as soon as approval is completed, telling them that it has been approved - so essentially if they have a single email in their inbox about it, then it is still needing approval - but if they have 2 emails (one requesting approval, the 2nd confirming it has been approved), they can ignore the request.
