Question regarding "Allow conflict" in resource

Hi,

 

We want to allow conflict booking for a room for booking a recurrence meeting. I am confused with the setting below. If we want to allow 10% conflicts, I put number 10 in the percentage box like the image below, but should I put any number in the individual conflict box? Does the setting take either one or the other effect? It is confusing. There is no "or" after the first option.

    Best configure both, as percentage is relative - 10% of 100 meetings is quite bigger number compared to 10% of 10 meetings. Using both parameters, you can make sure that for "high" usage scenarios, those 10% will not result in a huge number of conflicts.
