PeterRising Oh dear. That doesn't work. I have no idea why it doesn't accept my outlook email address.

  This message suggests that you are signing in with a personal outlook.com account as opposed to an Office 365 account. Are you able to sign-in as your details by going to https://account.microsoft.com/?refd=outlook.live.com and then choosing Devices?
