Pros and Cons of moving from Dropbox to SharePoint

We currently use Dropbox which I find clunky and, as some of the team use it through the app and some on their browser, it doesn't always update the files properly and we end up with conflicts.

I like SharePoint as multiple users can edit the same file at the same time and, as far as I can see, it is easier to share docs outside of the organisation.

I am looking for some comments on pros and cons to moving across before I forge ahead with a migration and it ends up being more of a hassle.
