Prompted to sign in to another tenant

I am also running into the same issue. Has anyone of you guys managed to resolve this? I have logged a support case with Netdocuments but they came up empty.
Below are the things I have tried:
- log out all NetDocuments applications on my machine
- clear browser cache for both Chrome (my default) and Edge
- repair install of Office
- remove and reinstall the NetDocuments ndOffice application
- reboot
- Tried Outlook on a new laptop as well.
I am not part of any external organizations as a guest.
