PROJECT LTSC STANDARD 2021 COMPATIBILITY WITH OFFICE HOME AND BUSINESS 2019

CAN PROJECT LTSC STANDARD 2021 co exist WITH OFFICE HOME AND BUSINESS 2019? WE TRIED TO INSTALL PROJECT LTSC STANDARD 2021 IN A WINDOWS 11 HOME WITH OFFICE HOME AND BUSINESS 2019, got error below...

hi, article says office 2019 ver 16.0 (click to run) is compatible with project (click to run). wondering why we got the error when installing project LTSC standard 2021

we also tried to install project plan 3 desktop app (subscription) and it worked.

  Are those success Desktop (3 in total) with Office 2019 version 16.0 installed?
  If yes, seem the problem belongs to ONE PC and please try to reinstall once again.
  Take below note for how to uninstall Office completely before reinstallation:

    it can be installed with Office 2019 home and business.
    
    i wonder why this is working while Project Standard 2021 perpetual cannot work with Office 2019 home and business
