hi, article says office 2019 ver 16.0 (click to run) is compatible with project (click to run). wondering why we got the error when installing project LTSC standard 2021

we also tried to install project plan 3 desktop app (subscription) and it worked.

    Are those success Desktop (3 in total) with Office 2019 version 16.0 installed?
    If yes, seem the problem belongs to ONE PC and please try to reinstall once again.
    Take below note for how to uninstall Office completely before reinstallation:
