Anyone who knows why you get a green questionmark on your profile picture in Office 365?

it happens when Office365 can not determine you skype status. or for example when you are offline in office365 and not online in Skype on the desktop it will show the question mark

Let me disagree on that ;-)...when you are in OWA, Office 365 determines you are online, but the same is not happening with the rest of the services and this should not rely on Skype for Business client...for instance Teams work pretty well detecting if you are online or not...so the question is: why this is not happening in other services?

  Johan Åslund I get page does not exist. jcgonzalezmartin is saw the difference indeed prior it was when you were not logged in in OWA you would get the questionmark...
