Problems uploading Indesign/pdf documents to SharePoint online

I have problems to upload PDF exported from In Design in SharePoint if I have a previous version of that document (with the same name) and if the In Design version is not the same. There are especially problems to upload PDFs exported from In design version 14.0.1 on top of PDFs exported from other In design versions.

It gives "File name already exist " when replacing old PDF file with new File Even versioning is enable for replacing new file with old PDF file

Any workaround for this ?
